The Casa Maria lies in the heart of Rome in the immediate vicinity of the Vatican. From here you can set out on foot, by bus or by subway to explore the imposing sights of the city! You live here very inexpensive, central and in a spiritual atmosphere. In the house live nine sisters, of whom also a sister speaks German. The sisters are very friendly and are happy to help with questions. Italian language knowledge is helpful here, but no must! The holy mass takes place daily at 7:00 o'clock in the chapel of the house. On Sundays and in holidays the holy mass takes place in the nice monastery church next door.

Lodging and catering

The rooms in the Casa are simple, clean and quiet. All rooms (Single or double room) have a private bath. From the roof patio you have a very beautiful view over the roofs of Rome! There are places to sit and rest in the green inner courtyard and on the roof. Also the chapel is opened to devotion. The guests are provided with a simple Italian breakfast. Also half pension is possible.

Attention, the monastery has a curfew! At 23:00 o'clock the gate is closed!
